It is worth noting that the used FaroujIn Al Tazaj restaurants, it is seasoned with a natural mixture of garlic, tomatoes, lemon, ginger and spices.

Umaymati is a Saudi restaurant concept that offers traditional Saudi dishes with a modern twist, aiming to evoke the feeling of dining at one’s mother’s home. The restaurant’s branding draws inspiration from traditional Arabic typography and the rounded features of Saudi women, utilizing a color palette of sand and black. The name “Umaymati” itself translates to “my mother” in Arabic, further emphasizing the restaurant’s focus on creating a warm, familiar atmosphere.
